MV640 is correct IIRC also and as said there are 5 variants, best to get examples and match them up against the car, that's what I got the bodyshop to do when they did my cup spoiler.
its big money for the belts, especially the cam belt, 7 odd hour job. Best taking it somewhere like www.ren-tech.co.uk if you are not hundreds of miles away.
mine is screwed on in about 16 places, no budging the little bugger, on the downside though, if I ever clip a kerb it will take the whole of the front of the car with it :)
