See I liked the car with the white wheels... but what clio cup racer uses them s**te Renaultsport logos, they don't! I never know why people put them on ANY clio! The front looks good, maybe get rid the RS side stuff and get half the car wrapped in a wild colour with a load of sponsers logos on...
Okay cheers. Just heard from Cobra and they said its fine as long as there mounted in the right place with the harness' going through the seats at the right amount of degrees.

The K-tec uprated ones are far greater in my opinion, but they do give a bit of vibration at idle. Once moving its fine and the feel of a tight engine is brilliant! Make the car feel faster plus they will probably last longer also!
I've got a set of 3 point harness' for my Cobra Daytonas. Now I thought it was fine to use harness' on any bucket seat but i've heard that it's not a good idea on a recliner bucket as it isn't reinforced like a fixed back bucket and in an accident could potentially snap the seat?
If anyone...
Very tidy, always loved the dc2! If you dont mind me asking, how old are you and whats the insurance like? Is there specialist insurance as most places struggle to pick up regs for imports?
Cheers

Oh right I see, so the RC5+'s are pretty savage then. How do the RC6's compare to ds2500's in terms of stopping power and brake fade?
Sorry about all the questions, first time buying aftermarket pads so want to make sure I get a good medium :)
Cheers

With the RC5+'s how long do you think the Brembo HC disks will last with mixed driving on road and potentially tracktime?
Could be well interested in a set if they dont kill disks mega quick! Maybe a group buy Kam Racing?

Think the 200 is the first car that looks any good in RB, think its the black bits on it that make it look so much better! Though its crying out for white speedlines!
The Mk1 boys love there side exits! I don't think i've ever seen or heard a side exit on a Mk2! Get it done with videos.
The only thing i'd do is have reasonably large centre box to give you some back pressure, because if you take the cat out there will be no back pressure what so ever and...
Lol at the 7 seconds to 60. To be fair my cup does it in just less than 7, maybe I should take a drive down to Essex to see and drag this phenomenon 1.4! Then we can see how quick it really is! Cliosport Nationwide Meet in Essex!
That looks really good, gives the car a more upmarket kind of feel. You definately need to change the door cards to match though, the cup ones look crap!
I agree tbh. I never owned a Williams, a friend did and it was so much fun just being a passenger! I had a Mk1 16v and tbh I found it more exciting and fun than the Cup! The Cup is definately more capable and quicker but just doesnt as much for me as a Mk1...
Ive got the full set on mine also, you get used to the vibration and it felt normal for me after a week! I love the fact that the car feels quicker because there is no movement what so ever! Definate moeny well spent for me!
Nero - If you want to have a ganders in mine seeing as you live near...
Looking good mate, glad it fits aswell as it looked really tight on Thursday! Does the samco bend fit or would you need to cut it down because I reckon there would be less restriction with a samco also... Get some tests done to see how it fairs!

The exhaust is a Longlife unfortunately as I needed one spare of the moment, but its not how I wanted it and there problems with it so its going back to be redone. But I am going for a race style exhaust like yozza race exhaust, small tip with lots of noise:)
There plates are proper french...
Gave the Cup a clean today and went out to take some pictures... Also got some pictures of my induction set up, seems to work really well with no flat spots. Even tested inlet temperatures before, during and after driving and was quite happy with the results...

So after spending a lot of money making sure my car is up to scratch, I think i'm ready for my first trackday... Now what is the best way to get booked onto doing a trackday? I've heard of Motorvision but do you just order it, turn up and do it? Is there any other companies that you book track...
Right amount of revs and good reaction time was mine! I didnt do a massive burnout either to make the tyres warm as I feel a little bit of wheelspin whilst launching was returning better times than bogging down or slipping the clutch loads...
I got a 14.85 at 90 mph in my old 16v... Just stripped with an exhaust, get a good start and it could be possible. Would of thought it was easily achievable....
