I use the snow foam from i4detailing but I guess they are fairly similar, just bought some of the citrus stuff but yet to try it however I am guessing it will Be no different just smell nice Out of interest...

    Sure i have heard of something like newspaper with vinegar but can't recall the exact process, thing is if there is a smell of damp whats to stop it coming back if the 'damp' doesn't get dried out?

    It depends, do you want to polish your car with Velcro? If yes keep the larger plate, if not get yourself a smaller backing plate to save any damage.
