I had spare leads and coil pack of another Clio which I knew worked fine and the plugs I think were around 40quid can't quite remember.
Injector may also be worth it as there fairly common too. I'd only had the car just over a week too when I went.
I went over in my trophy trouble free, gave it a good going over and service before hand. Took a few spares (plugs, leads, coilpack, alloy spare and tools, tape and zip ties).
We do have the comfort of a car transporter which carrys two cars but I drove the 182 the full trip.

Doubt they'll cough up for a standard, tbh they'll more then likely try and repair the current system or replace with cheap pattern part.
Best bet is to try and see if you provide the exhaust and they'll fit saving you the hassle. As said they come up on here often enough.
Yeah its wear and tear mate, standard systems are getting old now and they were never the best. Personally I'd try and stretch to a stainless system, still cheaper then genuine OE system plus it'll last years.
I loved mine and I'd have another, granted mpg isn't great but it is a performance car, heavier then the 1*2 and geared differently. Also I don't thing the 1*2 trip computer is bang on.
