Oh and when you refit tighten the inner bush bolts when the car is under load.

Easy peasy, Jack up car, remove wheels, unbolt anti roll bar clamps both sides and swing it out the way. Then loosen the bolts that go through the bushes, split ball joint from the hub buy removing pinch bolt and then remove inner nuts and bolts and remove wish bone. And refit in reverse...

That's more then likely because the car is running 'open loop' until it reachs certain parameters.

Unless it's proven bad don't bother, you could be wasting good money on something you don't need

Tester? As in test light or multimeter? A multimeter will pick up the smallest of signal voltages. You also need to be whipping the cts out putting a meeting across it to measure resistance whilst its in a pan off water slowly warming up. Good way of testing them

Have you checked the resistance across the injectors? From memory it should be around 14.5 ohms.

It's whats known as a thermistor, resistance normally lowers the warmer it gets. Auto data doesn't contain any parameters/info for it though.

It's over fueling, reason for the plugs being sooted. Take it it was running fine before you did the work? Just checking out some wiring diagrams now

Don't think the fact the belts have been changed would of caused this. What work previous has it had? Also that cts plug looks rather tatty

Do you use the r1r's or t1r's?

As above really after the alignment settings I.e castor, camber, toe for my 182 trophy. Auto data seems a little vague concerning these. cheers Dan
