not sure tbh, but jon seems the type of person that if it would brake he will replace it, so see what he says when he comes back to mine to re-fit the head.

Jons sorted the head where the carrier bolt sheard off and where the other one enlarged slightly, everything works fine now, all thats left is to strip it back down then re-build it and shim the cams up.
I got 5litres of Mobil 1 15w/40 yesterday along with 2litres of anti-freeze.

think its only snapped cos of the carriers come loose and its got trapped some how.
Not sure about the valves tbh, think there alright, sure jon will check them tho.

Jon and Dan came a couple of hours ago, got the head off, valves have made contact with piston 4 slightly but the bottom ends fine, turns over perfectly

well first session went fine from what i remember but track was very damp/slippery.
second session managed to get one lap in before there was a red flag and on that lap thats when all of a sudden it started tapping its head off.
3rd session i went out for one lap to see how it...
