Why dont you ring them up and say "im thinking of putting a cage in my car.. is this likly to increase my insurance? if so.. by how much" if it does and its not by alot.. pay it, if it does and its tons, just say "oh ok, i wont bother then" and put it in anyway.. hehe
I have Bucket seats, And when i put them in, the left the seat belts in... but only cause there apparently a pain in the arse to get out. I have 3 point Harnesss. I will upload a picture later of how there strapped in.. the image uploader doesnt seem to be working at the moment.

Yes.. Basically the subframes they give for the "old shape" clio, only fit on ph1 runners..
Yeah if i remember right the holes just didnt line up right at all.
Then this is "technically" a phase 2, Ph1 didnt have height adjustment where as ph2 did..
I have a ph2 and fitted in bucket seats.. i had to purchase some ph1 runners though, as the holes down line up on the ph2. so i THINK thats also your problem..
