none, the sidewalls might be at abit of an angle,
205 will stretch easily over 8j, probably wont even notice the strech tbh
im running 165/50/15s on 15*7j with no problems, defs some stretch in there tho
check the guides section mate,
someone came up with a great idea about removing them,
put the bolt on tight,
find a spanner that will fit over both the bolt and the wiper,
then with the spanner firmly on, undo the bolt, as long as the spanner stays in place, as the bolt comes off, it should...
if you want that added performance,
and arnt too interested in going looooooooow,
for got the eibatch sportlines,
heard some great things about the performance increase they give, and save alot of the ride comfort.
***could a mod please move, posted in the wrong section.. sorry!***
where can i get these??
i managed to snap one, and strip the threads off another,
down to either me over tightening them,
or something being wrong with the threads inside the disc????
(any other suggestions would be good)...
if youve got the time and know how, find out for urself how much damage its done,
,
i snapped a cam belt,
cost me all of 300 to repair, and that included a new water pump,
nb, thats one a 1.2 8v engine,
was it smoking?? or did it just dump the oil??
no oil suggest head gasket has gone very very badly,
when did you last check the oil??
tbh if youve run it for more than a mile with no oil uve probably done some expensive engine damage,
gutted mate,
defs get a new engine, dont scrap it! might...
ill have to have a hunt around and see what different prices come up,
removal and refit are not needed, ill do that myself,
so might be able to get abit better price.
want to get some bits painted professionally, but dont really know what kind of price i should be looking at??
any anyone give me a fair price for the painted
of a back bumper, and door strips(with texture removed)
dont really know if i should be exprecting to pay 50 or 300 for a good job
cant see it carrying a 4k price tag if was that simple,
its about having pride in a project, a hobby if you will,
something for people to put theyre money and time into to keep themselves from boredom,
i know id have just spent my money on booze and drugs like countless other teenagers around...
the amount of fun building a rep...?
priceless,
tax and running costs of a 1.2,
plus factory cosmetic mods dont do much to the insurance,
also, you can rep it to how you like it,
not everyone wants 172 interior,
tbh, id be tempted to do a rep if i was 17 again, just with the amount of fun it...
well its got the ph2 areal position, thats what made me believe its a ph2, no ph1s ever had that and it would be a b**ch to change them,
tbh, i think its fishy, put ph2 lights on the rear, but not the ph2 bootlid
it was what i believe is a ph2, with a ph1 front and boot lid,
and did the ph2...
lol sorry to go on,
but halfords mods dont necessarily mean mods bought in halfords,
its more a name given to chavy mcdonald's carpaks with 16 year old girls mods
(not saying thats you in any way, just some of the mods are on the kind of car youd typically see there)
eg,
big spoilers
body...
asked me a year ago, and ida probably loved it,
but now i dont,
i went thru the same kinda thing when i got my clio,
chaved it up to its eye balls, then one day i just looked at it and though it looked shite,
then it hit me that renault spend alot on designing cars, to i try to stick with...
sorry, i forgot to mention,
theyre ph2 strips,
ph1 strips don't have 'bullets' so much,
so its just the one cut that would need filling,
i thought you'd be able to just fill the groove in with filler
looks gash,
poverty rear spoiler,
no front fogs
mesh grill,
sitting faar to high at the front,
and the wings dont line up with the bonnet,
and why on earth have they made a mk1 v6, from ma mk2 ph2??
not something id be looking twice at tbh
4 bolts, outer ones are under a gromit, inner onces are indeed behind the exhaust shield, but iirc theres holes in the exhaust shield to get to the bolts without moving anything else,
also remember the wires that go into the bottom of the seat, dont just yank it out after taking the bolts out...
