My mrs' 182 has started to knock on acceleration so I am guessing it'll be the upper engine mount, I have just rocked the engine and am curious to know how much the engine mount should move? When I pulled it I could probably move it around 4-5mm with great ease, should it be more rigid?

I've tried some mets apc JD but to no avail, the seats are cloth btw. It's a right pain in the ass and I've been kicking myself for doing it. I may try the apc again but try and foam it right up and then keep at it a bit more, I was worried I'd make it worse to be honest
