well its been about 5 weeks sisne ive done any work on the mk1 but decided to change that today

bought a whole sill section insted of trying to fabricate a peice the right shape to weld in...
cut down to the right size
winer! happy with that, means ill also get the right...
They are a tempory solution, although i do like them they are not mine, they are my friends, were an 18th birthday present but he said i can do what i want to them and use them as long as i like, i have seen some BBS i like but they are a tad expensive
Well im goin back up to see it for the 1st time sinse the snow fell on sunday :)

2 wings, a full o/s sill, dash clocks, and varrious other bits n bobs ive accumalated in the last month or so!
well ive tried to help but all you give out is sarky comments, people are trying to help you rectify your own silly mistakes
i work in the motor trade as do other peoplr in this thread, but you seem to e ignoring those and listening to the people that dont really know
tbh as would i be if a customer had rang me up at 9 in the evening.
so do you know if the exhaust needs replacing now?
shes accepted £75 as far as hes concerned thats the matter closed i assume, there probably isnt much left in the car now anyway.

unfortutaly you dont stand well, they may if they are nice offer to foot some of the work but i doubt it, ware and tare items, but thats what you get when you buy a used car
Bah im sure they arnt bothered, its all advertising at the end of the day, guess people in this thread wouldnt have seen them at all if they arnt going to the show

I bought my 106 rallye and the exhaust fell off on the way home lol,
wasnt even blowing when i bought it... just got louder and louder , then fell off, fail lol
got to say ive had this one about 7 months now, and its not that bad, i wouldnt bother with a protector in all honesty
youll probably end up with a replacement every few months anyway lol
Chances are if they were an advisory they advisory sheet would have been binned, really needed to have checked the mot certificate to see if an advisory note was issued
yeah they were mine, not sure as it was on coilovers, but alot... and it was no where near enough for the wheels to look right, had no stance and mahooosive arch gap lol
