you can get a Skoda splitter which is almost identical to the cup splitter for £13 ;) please, please, please buy a genuine drive shaft.. all the non gen. ones I have seen fail after a few months of use!

Not sure what this bush could be? The only ones I can think of is... upper gearbox mount dog bone mount lower, front gearbox mount ? I think there is a small rubber on the selector arm where it joints the socket on the gearbox?
