Have a go yourself mate, get some sandpaper. I'd say start with a low grit to smooth the plastic down. I would use 40 grit but some may argue its too abrasive. Once the plastic has lost that plastic trim feel, get some 240 grit, then 400 grit until its smooth. Cover it in grey primer, then paint...

It'll be shown up by all the lovely clios surrounding it at Trax :( PS, the arch gap is actually pretty good, if it goes much more than 40mm it'll be sat on the tyre completely, side profile looks pretty good I'll get a snap tomorrow

One way valve in the breather pipes to stop it from smoking is about the jist of it lol. I've already asked Dan for help on so much heh, he should probably start charging me soon...

The fcuking things started smoking again. Does any-one have any links to good sx owners clubs? Everytime I ask about the one way valve trick on sxoc im either ignored or told to search for it, which is useless because the search just brings up hundreds of threads askin about it :(

Yeah they will be riveted on arches, kinda like bubble pack arches like you would get on a saxo VTR etc. It should look pretty good I think, atleast until I can afford some proper overfenders...
