Been out to play in the dark, both screws out using various methods. So the disc is now out of the throttle body, is that as far as it can be taken apart? And yes some had been at it before and failed.

Danny you are making me feel special, All i can do is take the throttle body and throttle position sensor off. Cover with spray, clean off and repeat. Spray spring. Am i missing something? :o

I did two more laps than Danny and smoke and it cost €70 more, so I would say Danny is spot on.

25mm each side at the front. 5mm each side at the rear.

But i cant take mine apart, i have cleaned it 3 times and left it soaked in various cleaners nothing seems to work. Is it possible to replace the spring?

Between me and my passenger we spent 670euros. I just raised it as some people may live like kings lol.

I would say the average cost of a car, doing 4 laps with 2 people in was £750-£800. Could do it cheaper if you were tighter/consumed fuel.

Robocup - we camped at camping am. 13€ a day, couldn't fault it. Foods cheap there too! And the pizzas were the xxl ones, 14€ each.
