Would be good if one of the guys in the know could put a list of all the things to buy with the pc porter kit , extra pads , sizes etc ..... best products to use and with which pads .
It would be much appreciated by us mere mortals only armed with microfibre cloths and megs applicator pads ;)
check out araditracker.com if porns your thing ! Heard that there is some good stuff on there , but being a good, clean living christian guy i wouldn't know myself ;)
On a ph 2 172 and 182 its 4.75 litres without changing the oil filter , with a new oil filter its 5.1 litres . Not sure if its the same for the ph 1 172 though ?
I'd put in about 4.75 litres and keep checking the dipstick .
Don't touch the larger nut in the middle . Your 4 wheel bolts go through the disc into the hub and attach it .
Rear discs are alot more expensive . Make sure they come with the wheel bearing already pressed in and the abs ring fitted .
Check out fubars guide on the rears ...
I wouldn't bother with the torque settings for the bolts . Just tighten them up really tight and put some loctite thread lock compound on the thread .
If your changing the discs i'd change the pads at the same time if they are worn and give the caliper a good clean . Undo the caliper guide...
Don't know what the problem is . But you haven't necessarily lost everything .
Sounds like more of a problem with windows itself rather than the hard drive . If you have a second ( master ) hard drive or a friend has one you can make the hard drive that is causing the problem the slave drive...
You could try one of these places or your local breakers yard.

^^^^ mine had very similar front end damage , hit a crash barrier at between 50 - 60mph , because it wasn't a direct front end impact mine never went off .
If the tube spins , then your not on the thread properly, because the tube is only tight enough to hold the plug just enough to get it started .
If you think that your on the thread and you use a plug socket straight away , it only takes a couple of turns then your threads fcuked up :(
If you put the end of the spark plug in the plastic tubing , then start to tighten it up that way , IF YOU DON'T get it on the thread and its gonna cross thread the tubing just spins round .
Once you've got it started with the tubing , then use the plug socket to tighten it up .
Do you...
Take care not to cross thread when your puttin' the new plugs back in .
A good tip is to get some 10mm flexible plastic tubing , put that on the end of the spark plug to start it off , if its not on the thread properly it will spin so you know its gonna cross thread , then once you've...
Don't know about the splitfires . Seen a couple of people mention the bosch plugs .
