well its quite easy to find out if its the spark plugs, that would be the first thing i check on a misfire

was it backfireing too?? like the title suggests?? most probably spark plugs are knackered due to sitting over the winter.

ye i want rid of my 17s now well my cars going through a de-chavment overhault atm, so no pictures atm, id go for the ktr springs, depends, how low you want if to go, if you want low low, then get the KTR springs,
