How fast can you go in 3rd gear in your 1.2 16V's, i usually change up at around 70 mph which is about 5750 rpm (only when i'm going for it not all the time), two people in work who have 1.2 16V's say that can get 80-85 MPH in 3rd which i think is way out because it will be hitting the limiter...

Theres no performance difference between the 1.2 16v campus and 1.2 16v extreme's/dyanmiques/expressions etc its the same same 75hp 1.2 16v engine the campus is just a differnt model name. its only the 1.2 8v authentiques and base model campus that have less performance.

Nice campus mate similar to my extreme 4 but mines silver and 55 plate but interior etc seems the same. Not too bad the 1.2 16v's are they better than most people have at 17-19, cant wait to get a few years older and get some money behind me and buy a fast car though would love a 172/182/197.

well imagine having a 1.2 16v clio thats only reay a 1.1 because its 1149cc, thats what having no torque is, its ok if kept above 3-4000 rpm though, i would have got a dci 80 if i hadnt have got my 16v cheap.

i'm only getting 30.3 mpg this take over 60 miles so far, thats because i'm commuting at busy times in constant stop start traffic, got 47mpg on a 19 mile each way trip last sunday so i no there is nothing wrong with the car just the driving i'm doing.
