I thought it was Vtec ?
On a serious note, if i remember correctly, theres a different exhaust manifold and exhaust system. Not sure on the Ecu part of it all.

If youve never used one, dont comment on it.
Ive used damm near every drying towel on the market and this blows everything out of the water. ;)
Wierd question yes, but currently theres nothing available for the GT, does anyone know what the chances of springs for the MK3 1.6 are for fitting my GT ?
it doesnt deserve it.

Actually yes it does, the gearbox seems to be behaving itself now and it seems to have got a little faster, i actually like its short ratios and i dont think its box is too slow either. Defo needs a remap though, ill be popping up to leeds at 3000 miles when its been...
top of third at the limiter is 83 on the dials.
1st gear is appaulingly short IMO. 4th gear is pointless and 6th needs to be longer. They should have stuck the 138 2L 16v engine from the dynamique in there as it needs the extra torque, 155nm isnt enough IMO.
I bet the twingo RS is so much fun...
Ill have a look next time im out in it but i think its pretty poor, its about 35mph in 1st, 55 in 2nd, 3rd i THINK takes it to about 70 80 although im not sure. 3rd gear is pretty s**t as are the remaining 3 gears. Its no where near as fun as my 1.2.
If i remember correctly, its the done thing these days. Do they then go up to the nearest dual carrage way and have a race up to 98mph to prove that the K&N induction kit makes 6 bhp difference?
Ive decided that mines going on sportlines, i rekon 3cm will sit it just right although it could do...
Lol no, i put the accelertor to the floor and change where the peak power is ment to be, i always let the car warm up fully etc etc.
Dont go bouncing it off the limiter atall.
NXT isnt very abrasive, well not compared to autosol anyways Id only use wire wool if its very very bad. Always found a cheap MF cloth and some autosol sorts it out.
Well I reset the counter tonight to see what it was really doing. Was a ten min journey and I was averaging 36 to 38mpg on built up or urban areas and had cruise control set to 70 on the mway and it was returning 40mpg.
Its up to 24mpg now. 560 miles. I do boot it now and again, but i generally drive it gently.
Sorry about the moron comment, it obviously didnt get read like i ment it.
