my golf wingmirrors cant be changed from inside the car and they are standard so i dont think so

only if the actual joint is knackered, if its just the boot thats split, then its a fairly easy repair

the kits have very little proffit in them on thier own i dont think, the proffit is in the fitting also its hard enough getting people to part with £100 for a group buy let alone 3 grand

and GDI are still doing the previous one iirc, as it went ahead on williamsclio

the only company that does full kits are GDI and K-tec

i think there was one done not so long ago.

there are 2 on each side, inner and outer, outer ones are the ones that usually go, they are a rubber cone like boot that goes onto the back of the hub, holds shed loads of ming grease

they rnt too difficult to do yourself and no i dount they would pass liek that

we did that, car had no engine, they realiese something was wrong when it was so light, they had a laugh and took it anyway

they are revvy cars, very different to the 1.8t engine, you need to work the backside off them... but thats half the fun

how did you manage that? and why does it look like its in the middle of the woods, with no road anywhere near?
