I wouldn't bother with the viper induction kit...
Stick with the 172 4-1 manifold..
With a custom map you *should* be reaching 190bhp (depending how good the engine is to start with)
Matched inlets would be a must, over any form of induction kit!
The central locking has decided to stop working on the 172... I've tried a new battery in the key, disconnected the car battery etc.
All the usual tricks but no joy?!
It just does not work at all :S

sometimes a fresh set of eyes to take a look over can help (yes I know that is common sense) but always worth pointing out!
They may spot something very obvious that you have overlooked / missed?!
if youve fitted a new engine it wont be anything to do with the ECU, UCH, keys etc. thats just pissing in the wind!
I put my money on a relay, fuse or earthing
if you run a "ph-2" de-cat and "ph-2" exhaust you will be fine... or an exhaust with the telescopic connector which can be adjusted to suit either cat length
