GDI's new bodies developed by a company called AT power, direct to head.
iirc hes actually made money out of the swap lol, he sold the jenvys for some mad amount to someone in europe, and got the new ones at cost,
lol nope, i didnt actually get it through GDI as they didnt have any , but randomly and amazingly i found one for sale, exactly what i wanted , brand new as the guy bought it then rolled his car the day after ( impressive pics) for a bargin price :)
plus i dont get stuff free :( only jon gets...
as jon is banned ill speak for lol
hes going for the AT DTH bodies, just to try them out, and they look prettier, the engine needs a rebulid anyway as its on 82k now and had a hard life
cars had some tlc today :D
had my new exhaust fitted :), needs a little ajustment as the rear mount is shagged
new disks at the rear ( well overdue) as the old ones were like milk bottle tops they were that thin
Im sure most of you wont like :o
but i love...
im still thinking that you didnt have them sat flat with the hub when you lowered the car back down and so the bolts wouldnt tighten properly hense why they came out
u should have 4 spare bolts from your locking wheel nuts , or reno sell them.
as long as you get the wheels flat with the...
so you didnt tighten them at all then lol
lucky boy , always double check you have tightned all the wheels bolts, then check them again a few days later
have you made sure they are bolted on straight?
jack the car up, take the wheel off then put them on again, tightening each bolt then the opposite one, tighten them as much as you can by hand then drop the car down and use a breaker bar to tighten them more
