As the shaft / bearing ultimatly wears more and more... The vibrating and shaking will get worse.. Mine was hardly noticeable, then 300 miles later it was unbareable!
If you concerned I would check it out asap guys!
I'll let the pictures do the talking.... ;)
hhhmmm, what "isn't" there?
Oh there it is....
Fitted a replacement shaft this afternoon, I love working outside in 1" of snow and -2 degrees :dead::dead::dead::dead::dead:
When I ran these pads I used Auto Smart wheel cleaner (A pink liquid which you dilute with water) DO NOT get this on your skin / in any cuts it burns LOL!!
Soak the wheels in cleaner, leave 30mins... high powered jet wash... spray on stubborn areas... leave to soak... scrub... repeat...
Mine will go another touch lower on the rear.... Bare in mind my car is totally stripped (so sits alot higher compared to a "standard" car)
But yours is stripped aswell ;)
LOL... I love these kind of threads!
I'll be changing my clutch in the new year, the release bearing sounds like a pot of nails being stirred with a power drill
Mine has been fine for 10,000 miles :)
Its common sense TBH... just feel what the tension is like on your orignal belt, it doesnt need to be 100% correct tension of what the manual states
Just remember to check the tension after a few miles
