I agree, the 200 doesn't need any mods. I'm only changing the seats for better ones. Luckily I'm no youth so don't need to worry about insurance
To the OP, here's pics of mine http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?523645-Pearl-White-200&highlight=Pearl+White+200
Fair point. Just thinking of the cheapest option as the leather recaro option costs £2100 last time I checked. If I could afford it this is definitely the best option
So you wouldn't modify anything on a new car. What about those who drill spoilers on, or put those side skirt things on. Different alloys?
These things don't really affect warranty. Insurance maybe, but a quick phone call sorts that out, and rarely, I've found, do they hike the price up...
Are you talking seat warranty or engine etc? I highly doubt they wouldn't not honour any warranty work because of seats. If so, at least you've got the originals to slot back in
Can't have Recaro's with Gordini, so forget that one.
Gotta be a 200 with cup chassis for me, ie not a cup.
Make sure you tick the bluetooth phone and usb option. All the others are personal colour, wheels etc. I wouldn't bother with the Recaro's at £900 from Renault as they fall to bits. Buy...
I've not hit the service yet, but there's plenty of specialists I'd take my car to before considering the dealers, and they're about £120 ish
Mpg - well I got 33 on a trip to Scotland but normally I get about 26.
Tyres about £100-£120 for contis iirc
I always notice others and decide on what type of driver it is as to what, if any, action is taken
Though the puzzler is when you see someone and they notice you noticing them noticing you and look away nervously. What's up with you? Just smile, nod appreciately nod or something. We (mostly)***...
Suppose it depends on what the roads round you are like. But, for me, they'd have to be pretty bad not to tick the cup chassis.
Get it not only for the suspension, for the quicker steering rack, lowered and better stance, and the red calipers with the black speedlines
Nimbus/Mercury 197 8.15 ring road between moortown and lawnswood.
GW197 09 plate with cup spoiler. Followed you round the ring road at horsforth for a mile or so 4.15
