for just a remap no mate don't waste your money, the standard ones will be fine, i cant see how he thinks you will see defiante gains from a spark plug...
what parts warranty do Renault have? I work for VW ands every part has a to year warranty ( well a few dont) so worth contacting Renault to check?
Def sounds like the alternator's seized, iv seen one blow itself apart before on a Golf

Yup if you can mive it that much i bet a bolts come undone, i wouldn't risk running it though fella, as i will say its wrecked the flywheel, but if its dropped a bolt it will still be in there somewhere!

iv had a local do that to me too, said do you know your plates illegal, i said yup lol, he told me to change it, but i havent, that was a good 6 months ago
course il get collared tomorrow now iv written this
all you need to do is take the pads out mate, and get a wire brush, and clean out where the pads sit, clean up all the contact area's ,thats all it will need, iv done it on loads of 1*2s now
