why do ya need them matey? the standard ones are very good, and were recommended by Renaultsport at the time as the only ones to fit

not the best thing fella, but look at the good side, at least they didn't proper trash it, or put the windows through etc

i would say its the exhaust rattling on a heatshield matey, fairly common oh and welcome :)

what parts warranty do Renault have? I work for VW ands every part has a to year warranty ( well a few dont) so worth contacting Renault to check? Def sounds like the alternator's seized, iv seen one blow itself apart before on a Golf

the shock of it put pressure on the crack at it span a shell iirc Yup if you can mive it that much i bet a bolts come undone, i wouldn't risk running it though fella, as i will say its wrecked the flywheel, but if its dropped a bolt it will still be in there somewhere!

rare, but could have come undone, get the box off and have a look, il bet money you will be able to grab it and move it about

gotta be flywheel mate, funny enough just had this on a touraeg at work so you can make the flywheel move without the engine moving? Most def flywheel be interesting to see what you have done, Drhouser did that and it ended up wrecking his bottom end :(

np fella, yeah just pop out the pads, give everything a clean up and it will be fine

still cant be sure mate, too hard to diagnose over the net

all you need to do is take the pads out mate, and get a wire brush, and clean out where the pads sit, clean up all the contact area's ,thats all it will need, iv done it on loads of 1*2s now where abouts are you? id do if your close to wiltshire
