Keep it simple, no point spending mega bucks on a 1.2, or making it into a Renaultsport replica.
Lower it, some nice wheels and colour code the plastics, job done.
How much are you looking to spend? What's your definition of cheap?
Back boxes and cat backs come up for sale in the For Sale section of the forum. Keep your eyes peeled.
And welcome to the forum!
I'll echo what Cookson said, the cambelt should be a priority, you don't want that slipping.
I'm also against Ph2 lights/bumpers on a Ph1. The only Ph2 part going on my Ph1 will be a cup spoiler.
Looks a good, clean little car though. Oh, and Titanium is for winners ;)
Removed the wipers and scuttle panel, and the washer bottle motor. Off to the local stealer tomorrow for a new washer motor.
Cleaned the scuttle panels and applied some Sonüs tyre and trim dressing to it aswell as all the other exterior plastics.
Re: 2118's center caps (kind of)
Those centre caps look great! Better than showing off your rusty hub nuts IMO.
Is that the PMS stud conversion? Been thinking about getting one for the Ph1.
Not a fan of the black 182, looks a bit chav to me, but each to their own.
I like your Titanium, Ade.
The grilles on all 3 cars look a bit dull and tired, could do with being sprayed black/bumper dressing.
FLOL. This.
My '96 306 DTurbo has a coded immobiliser. They're a pain in the arse more than anything. Why would you want to enter a code everytime you want to start your engine?
If you think it handles good on 17s, try putting some 15s on! Will handle like it's on rails.
The alloys don't look that bad, but they're just too big for a Clio IMO.
Need to start saving for one of these systems!
Off topic, but I phoned you guys yesterday for a quote on doing cambelt/aux belt/air con delete on my Ph1. You said you'd phone back but never did.
