8800 sirocco. Had it 11 months then sent it away for repair and got a brand new one with 12 month warranty sent out, so decided to sell my upgrade and use it for another year or so. Rubbish Battery Life, Rubbish Signal, but i still like the look and feel of it.

Re: Clio Trophey at car auction yes more often than not. Ive seen plenty of trophys going through, won't be mega cheap. Dealers will snap it up still.

indeed, so would I, i wouldn't buy from a franchised dealer, simply because you are paying for their flash premises and complimentary coffee, i think it might be worth phoning them to make sure a note is made that a non Gen one is fitted, then if a warranty claim occurs your in a much more...

I see your point, im in the trade myself, when you buy from a franchised dealer you shouldn't need to go round checking they have used genuine parts. If Engine were to lock up i imagine there could be complications with warranty claims.

its is part of the dash. It has tabs which are melted in. Your going to have to mask it or take it out of the car ( bit of a pain)
