As the title says really back end seems to move about alot under heavy braking.. Quite un-nerving at times :( It has some shocks on the back which arnt standard items so im wondering if that could be the problem? Its a 182 cup so could have been fitted with basic 172/182 rear shocks rather...

to fix the fog/brake problem, remove the rear lights and clean up the contacts, its a common problem..

Or there is that.. you just taped/fastened the wires to the back of the wheel? Did you need to lengthen the wires at all?

Sort your brakes, Replace all ball joints and bushes, shocks etc with nice new fresh items and enjoy it!
