they might let you have it back for 100 quid.. perfect for breaking.. or ebay it.. you will at least triple your money... they might let you have it for free.. they sometimes do on older cars..

deff buy it back as well..... insurance will let you have it for a couple of hundred...

yeh i like NXT... much prefer it to gold class... gold class left a residue i found...

maybe they take the bigger bits of grit off the old sponge before washing the car with fairy liquid :)

my a3 has a couple of rattles actually... a particularly annoying one around the Climate control Unit... Very Very annoying... and unlike the clio doesn't stop when you punch the affected area :(

that owl is too funny to me...

i think the RS clio just feels cheap... its not like an alfa, blowing up and bits falling off in your hands... its just rattles, cheap looking trim..... noisier ride and generally doesn't feel as well screwed together..... you can tell your not in a preium quality product... all the same i love...

you may find it doesn't bother you... but i thought there was something was wrong when i got in a 172 after driving the a3... theyre just such a relaxing drive in comparison to the clio, not sure if you drive a lot of cars or have owned a lot, don't let me insult you knowledge but as im sure...

as fred says.... im sure edde said he thought he had found one off a laguna or something which was the same though he was certainly going to confirm for definite...

i think the novelty will wear off the 182 quickly tbh... you will notice how much less well put together they feel... plus you will never want to go on a long journey.... have a test drive and see but i think the seating position might put you right off.. unless your short and have the seat...

should cut a hole in the floor, fred flinstone style...

have you driven one? i think you will be horrified with the seating position in comparison.... Ive got an a3 1.8t and much prefer to drive the audi, only thing i much prefer about the clio is the fact you can chuck it around and feel in control... Out of interest how much insurance are you...

would be alright as an everyday car.. bet all shocks have already been done.... just do engine, box and shafts if theyre original and i reckon it would feel alright... i would have thought most consumable parts have been done already....

why 500 quid? engines are cheap as chips....

someone else on here had a prob witht the top mount.. turned out the strut top had loosened itself and just needed tightening up. are they real silvervisions? as i thought they were legal? motorworld ones are illegal though....

good choice.... i would get renault mats, they come up used on ebay very cheap as theyre expensive from a dealer, how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking? was it from a dealer?

when i got a quote with elephant it was cheaper by 100 quid on a 172 cup lol..

i payed 30 to get it stitched by a local trimmer.. extra 10er to put a new bag in supplied by me...

if its an insurance job.. write off for sure... if not i reckon you could repair it VERY cheaply breakers have tons of clio bits..

i can clock them for 60 quid..

pics look awsome..... that wire in the engine bay is a bit pants.. makes it look a bit unfinished....
