Took marcJp' advice and ordered myself some PB Black Haze and some Billberry wheel cleaner.. Any more recommendations?

Well the guy i bought them off bought some AST's as he thought they might be knackered, but he still has the knock with the AST's so i hope its not the mounts :( Standard mate, I was thinking it could be fucked shocks but changing those is a last resort. Yeah, down small bumpy roads etc...

Its beginning to do my tits in now, I replaced my top mounts with some KTR solid top mounts I bought from a chap on here thinking it would cure the knock, but it didnt... So what should I replace next? Ball Joints?
