So i did, especially as a 3 door.
The Vanquish has been in storage pretty much all year, so had to take it there really. Normally their service is really good, they'll even flatbed it FOC.
Dropped the Aston off today for its MOT. The same service centre is the designated place in the SE for McLaren servicing now, too.
Sorry for the poor phone pics but the burnt orange looked fantastic in the flesh. However, i think the rear is the worst angle as it lacks stance. The front is...
Just seen a Coupe in the same colour whilst browsing Autotrader, so perhaps not quite as rare as you were led to believe! Unless you were talking saloons?
It looks bloody awful...but then it gives it a bit of a Q car look, which is strangely appealing.
Would love to see it restored to as new, including the peeling stickers!
Re: From my Clio to a.....Ford Fiesta Zetec-S Colarado Red. Project Progres, Many Pic
Yeah, have to say i think it overall looked better when it was closer to standard. The exhaust is nice though.
So is that overall winner? Pretty impressive, as wasn't that Gallagher guy in his spaceframe Focus in this, or am i way behind with that series?
Anyway, must feel incredible in a straight line! Got to argue there is more time there considering he has 600bhp and i didn't see any oversteer!
Sounds like a plan. Would probably take up Jamie on his offer if it was me though. Clearly GSR know what they are doing, so if there is a deal to be had...
Although as Scoot says, a genuine CSL item could be considered as an investment. It will will always be the best eye candy when opening the...
Reverie i'm sure would have an airbox that fits, but they do nothing to do with mapping. Just ordered a new airbox for the NSX from them, £5k!
That evolve kit looks great, still not a cheap mod though! Doesn't really explain if any of it is fitted or not...
Well, i don't think it is easy but its not over complicated. It is effectively just switching parts, but the car will certainly need ECU work as you lose the MAF sensor. Otherwise, you would go for the Alpha N (the CSL has this ECU as standard). Tuners like Evolve can do it easily though.
Some...
You should be searching every scrappy for a damaged CSL so you can nick the Alpha N and airbox. Seriously though, worth signing up on the CSL register so you can keep an eye out on the for sale section, as well as searching eBay daily ;)
I just wouldn't have a car like this without a warranty. Bear in mind they have over 100bhp/litre, do people really expect them to be fine over 100k miles surviving on oil changes? People need to get real...
When buying the latest NSX with 88k the engine was fcuked inside. Yes, it worked, and...
