im tryin to restrain my self from postin on it wot a load of sh*t a 306 hdi on 18s my mate has a 306 hdi i absolutely murder it okay he can pull away wen im not expectin it but drop a gear and its toast

i only really got in one good run against craggy with my box problems and on 17s but even with the ap-22 i was half a second out on his time
lol it is worrying me slightly about the 2.0 but im hopin it will be a good en
i think ill be doing some testing with craggy with it and my 15s back...
craggy- when i was in the car with you doing ap-22 runs urs seems a bit more strangled for the last 500 rpm or so than my mates 106 gti which just flys into the limiter
so im sure it will probably loosen up a bit more and will get a bit quicker
if i cant beat u in my willy engines beast...
playing with the ap-22 has made me realise that a bad gearchange can really affect ur time, ive been takin it to work wiv me in the van to have a proper mess with it
also sprained my wrist doing full throttle gear changes hehe
its not much quicker doing no clutch changes as u still have to...
i doubt u find anywhere for it too go with space being so tight in the valver engine bay
superchargers tend to be more easy on the engine internals, transmission than turbos cos the power is delivered smoothly
i think craggy has got a knack of buying super fast motors then although now me getin beat in the valver doesnt seem as bad
i will return though in the willy engined beast i will not be beat

the standard alarm is ok the immobiliser is too cat 2 standard
leather was a 770 quid option as i found out today, 96 cars had airbags and yes u can change it
like clean 16v said ph2 was after 94 with the ph2 wheels differant mirrors, rear lights and rubbing strips
the rear bumper and smooth tailgate is cool but i havent yet seen a front bumper that i prefer to the original
something like the joker or osmose front bumpers are nice but they dont really go with the k-tek back bumper...
pcd is same, offset will be wrong, clio is about 36 vaux is supposed to be 49
most vaux aftermarket rims will be around 40-45
if its a 40 offset u might get away with it
but dont get venoms there the equilvalent of 3 spokes now

i like the cup colour, wheels are nice but too small, 172 rims seem to look bigger
interior in cup is gash, that would have to go, im not too bothered about abs or air con but the seats could be better
it is a hard decision, id prob have cup, i wont be chopping the valver in for one just...
yeh they shud do my rear brakes sumtimes stick, cos my driveway is on a slope the handbrake has to be on quite good, when i dont use the car for a few days there normally stuck on
