I have used velcro before and it works fine.. my dad stuck mine on with trim tape you can buy in halfords.. that works just as well..

If it was bought direct from the factory and doesn't have an alarm, how can it be a UK car? I thought only cars imported by the dealer network were defined as UK cars. Maybe I thought wrong then.. I dunno... This is what I have been told by DVLA and renault and the HPI check.. Doesnt bother...

My 182 does not have an alarm on it either. At first I thought it was an import.. After some investigating itturns out it was bought direct from the factory and not via a dealer. But I have had it confirmed that it is a uk car and it has 3 years warranty on it.. perfectly ok to me...

Luckily got a week off soon.. so get it done then!!! Its not that noticable.. but I know its there:mad:

what work did you have done by them?? My cousin has used them twice. once on his audi a3 (alloy) and once on his current car Mazda RX8 (bodywork) he was impressed with the results.. spose it depends on the guy that does it..

It is really good stuff. use it all the time on the trims etc.. Not very good on tyres though (used it when I ran out of tyre gel!) like you say it rinses straight off.

that is alot.. I bought my 182 with no cup packs for £10k... It was a year old when I got it (2004) with 9000 on the clock.. which I didnt think was too bad (I got a good price on my part ex as well!) :)
