Just a heads up, these people are incredibly chipper when helping you... So don't explode at their niceness towards you.
Velcro. 100%
f**k drilling holes in the floor of the car.
I'd imagine the existing holes were designed and reinforced to handle stresses of use and impacts. I wouldn't want to introduce weak points into the shell
I don't think the problem was that it had the wrong engine, it's that every dealer didn't declare it and tried to flog it for a massive premium.
If the price was lower and the engine was declared, there wouldn't be an issue.

You need to weigh up what it's worth, what it will be worth and what it'll be worth if you modify it so heavily tbh.
Buying a ready made one is the way to go if, like me, you have neither deep pockets, the time or skills to do it yourself

Looking forward to seeing everyone :D

So I'm now wondering if it's worth it.
...alas, I'll still end up with one.
I think the point of this is to cement the home/office tablet in replacing the laptop...
Yup, so easy.
Even more so if you read the machine polishing stickies at the top of this section.
You'll do well to do any damage with one.
I've got a das6 pro and can't fault it tbh
