i dont think lowering it wud sort your traction problem lowering helps a bit but not much

just got home great day out chance to put some faces to names
my valver made 117bhp @ wheels
the lowest 172 figure was 129 by luke from pgti, summat not right there
does anybody know what 117 is at the fly cos i dont know if thats good or not

id like to nominate BRUN for north west area co-ordinator!

erm id say the black valver with bb tuning wrote on the bonnet was from k-tec racing
and the 172 with k-tec racing sticker next to the filter was from bb tuning just guessing though

joe. a turbo only running low boost pressure like around 6psi ish
so theres less strenghthening work to be done and less chance of bits of engine trying to make a break for freedom out of the bonnet
i dont think id want to go the route of forged pistons an all that without havin a lot more...
id love a low boost turbo just for the noise more than anything else
but until i have more money i might just get a 25-50bhp shot of nitrous that wont put a lot of strain on the engine
it would b nice to just have that bit extra if i come up against summat faster

im twenty and ive got 3 yrs no claims but a 12 mth ban on my licence an i pay 1500 tpft with express
but your better trying tesco or liverpool victoria, 4youngdrivers.com was quite good as well
dont be afraid to play the companies off against each other either, ring back with a lower...
people come on here sayin that theyve had races with this an that, but nobody ever says i went out and caned a valver today cos theres no point
but i was just wonderin how the cars compared to each other is a 172 much better than a williams for example
