i sorted mine mate took it quik fit and moved it about till i got most clearance
then bent hanger and tie-wrapped the exhaust higher up
modified fuel tank heat shield with hammer
now sorted, occasionaly rattles but ive not pinpointed the exact place to do more hammerin yet
however...

it would of cost ford too much money to develop a 4wd system for the focus
remember the escort cossie was a sierra floorpan that theyd already made,
all the reports ive read so far rave about its good fwd system, traction, handling etc

when i spoke to him the other day i think he said it was about 146 with cliosport discount
they dont make it any faster do they the lights make it safer and the car already has decent alloys as standard its not like putting 18s on a fiesta its not a noticeable differance really so no i dont think they should b declared

1.8 16v erm not much lol ,pipercross ind kit, and mongoose backbox, hopefully hillpower chip if i can get down nxt wk, oh and cliosport sticker heard thats worth 30hp
when i wrote off my fiesta which was lowered (lots) had alloys, exhust, and stuff like alloy knob and pedals i just took it off apart from suspension the assesor didnt seem to notice it sat on the floor it could of just had saggy springs lool
ive never declared nuthin i always mean to declare wheels but never get round to it, thats the only thing i would declare, other than that no way they get enough cash out of me

i did this to my old car u can buy the buttons for a few pence and you just take the wire off ur ignition switch and run it too your new one so the start pos doesnt work anymore but you still have to turn the key and put ignition on before you can fire up , i thought it was cool, once uve had it...
you get a little fibreglass cleaning tool to scrape any rust and a preperation pad type thing (there only small but useful) and a primer paint pen,car colour pen, and a clear laquer pen, the pen has a small nib for squeezing paint in or a really fine brush there really good.

demon tweeks do weber alpha kits this includes throttle bodies and programmable engine management from 1700 quid and there probably dearest place but it does say FROM so i dont know how much the clio kit is but theres a benchmark figure for ya
ive sorted me rattleing now, the bloke from quik fit messed about with it on the ramps till he could get the most clearance then tied it up with cable ties and it doesnt rattle now only if ive got people in the back and it doesnt stick out really far so im happy ill take a pic soon
