Re: iPhone 4G (No longer rumours)
Probably best to use the money and buy a PAYG version of the new iPhone and keep your existing contract if you plan on staying with o2.
Re: iPhone 4G (No longer rumours)
iPhone OS 4.0 B4 was released last night, no real visible changes other than some new default wallpapers. The 1-2 seconds of silence when answering a call has now been fixed though :)
Garmin units are a waste of time, the road where I live is still never included in any of their releases despite the fact it has been here for years. I never have that issue with TomTom. I also found the a Garmin I once owned would forever try take me through fields which it thought were roads...
Re: iPhone 4G (No longer rumours)
All depends if you have the cash to buy payg and use your existing sim card or if you'd rather take a contract upgrade and get the iPhone for a lower upfront cost. If you choose to buy payg then swap your current tariff onto a iPhone Simplicity option instead.
Re: iPhone 4G (No longer rumours)
Simply buy a o2 iPhone payg handset and put your current simplicity sim into it. Phone o2 and ask to be transferred onto a iPhone simplicity tariff. The contract length on these is 30 days so no need to worry about that.
Re: iPhone 4G (No longer rumours)
You can usually give a months notice 1 month prior to your contract end date. Do you want to keep your existing number?
