well i had a fight with mine i got ph2 and replacement door was ph1, identicle apart from trim mounts :mad:

if not you will have to create a hole behind each slot for the clips to go in, tip cover door in f'in loads of masking tape, or maybe its only me rubbish with file :dapprove:

if you clean it often its like a 5 minute job and it looks mint, if you leave it for a month at a time its a whole afternoon job you do the maths, i got a cleaner car and more time, its like brushing your teeth :D

i cleaned my car 4 times in the past week... :)

something about a turbo that runs on old oil after the car is switched off?? and it has "steal" plates down the side of this magic old oil burning turbo, ask his mate who knows about cars he will tell you the price is cheapest on here innit ;)

its a dead easy job, if the engine is not in the car :) but on a serious note just take inner arch trim off slightly, if you need to you can undo top engine mount and jack it up or down :)

have you had the oil channels tidied up, as a performance f4r block has problems with oil flow, just bore them out to head gasket, and tidy up sharp casting edges, we had problems with big ends going in the rally car, this cured the problem, what pistons? are those wossener?? what power you...

well my 1.2 8 valve does wait for it... 25 mpg average on a full tank WTF!!!! good job im running it on lpg 54p a litre :rasp: 177 miles to a tank :(

Finally dug out a selection of shims for the back stub axles. are these the shims that space the rear stub axel out??? if so you want a pair of the ones on my car :evil: 30.5mm :rasp:

proper list Lower Desperatly, koni???? clear side repeaters, sounds tiny but huge difference colourcoding, always looks better then the plastic, dont do the wingmirrors though, some people go ott with colourcoding and finally SILVERVISIONS ftw!!!
