It was about 150 all in so not too bad (Manfrotto 055XPROB). If yours does what you showed in your photo, then you would be able to get it like mine just by adjusting the front legs.
Malice is right about the hook to put a bag/ weight onto, but when you shorten the legs like that to get them...
My tripod does that, I just shortenned the two legs on the front so that it went from being like:
to:
You do have to hold it down though, but it stays solid enough to get a crisp shot.
You have a 7D. Nice. :)
I'm on my phone so can't check the video yet but it sounds like a hot pixel. There are ways of sorting it I think, have a search on POTN and there will probably be something.
It needs to be a program that can open the file when both the Owner and User password are set. Most draw a blank, and others offering brute force attacks quote 3-4 days to crack it.
Sorry that I couldn't help!
Foobar looks okay but it wont change tracks without the application being in focus with media keys. iTunes and WMP both allow you to skip thought tracks when the app is minimised which is a must for me.
50D is a lovely camera but I would hold on for a month or two if possible. There are rumours that the next xxD model will be announced in Feb which will mean 50D prices drop more.
For post processing, I'd recommend Adobe Lightroom all day. It is as easy or complicated as you want for...
Its definitely worth a shot if you enjoyed Dirt and Grid. It is very "American" though, you get lots of "way to go Andy, nice one dude" from your "buddies" Travis Pastrana and Ken Block etc.
Very smooth and nice to look at. I have it at 1920x1200 with everything on High and get 60fps. I have a 4870 1gb card. The cut scenes were really bad until I updated my video drivers and now they are smooth as.
I got this for Christmas (on PC) and have been playing it on and off since. Its a fun game, but I think I preferred the first one. This seems to easy to drive the cars, and you feel that the computer is helping your slide rather than the sticks.
Online confuses me too, two guys were a clear 20...
Some really nice shots in there. You should look into using Flickr instead of Photobucket for hosting though, as some of the images have been treated to some nasty compression!
I was following your stream last year. I was amazed that you normally put up a selection of shots each day and not just one. You had some lovely pics, look forward to this years.
You have to edit two of the config files so that you can essentially sync your phone with two computers. I am on my phone so can't dig out the link but google will lead you to a couple of walk throughs.
I did it on mine a while back, the only thing I did was then copy all the .IPA files out of...
