I really wouldn't go for a Panasonic plasma. Their CRTs were great, but their plasmas aren't. We have one at work (HiFi shop) and screen burn in occured v.quickly. The absolute best plasmas are FUJITSU ; Pioneer plamsas are very good too.
Plasma picture is better, but the LCDs can be more...
You could only get white and blue Rallyes in the UK, so an imported black one is likely to be LHD. It depends where you get it from.
Rallyes are 1.6 8V, yep. And you could get a nice one in the £2ks
Also, there's a 100 bhp 1.3 8v series one, which are cheaper.
Today I spent the day PC'ing my Rallye for the first time.
Method:
Rinse with Karcher and Super Snow Foam
Wheels, arches, dressing - Autobrite
Shampoo with Megs 62
No claying - that was done last week
Dried with Megs Water Magnet
PC with Menzerna Intensive Polish on polishing pad
PC with...
Crap car. What you spent on mods etc could have easily been enough for a real Clio... grrr
Such a waste...
Edit: the poor English in your posts just shows that you're a chav :)
I picked this up last night and don't think it's great.
The controller system just didn't work well, the menus were annoying, and the graphics were poor.
I have much more fun messing around on Wii Sports.
I turned it off after 30mins and made progress on Zelda. I think I'll be sticking to...
I've just plotted a graph in Excel of about 100 rows of data.
Many of the dots fall on exactly the same point, as there are only a few variables on the Y axis.
Is there any way of emphasising the density of the dots in areas where there are lots of them? Or any other approach?
Thanks
My car came with semi slicks - Yoko A048.
I haven't had a rainy day yet, but they're great in the dry.
They make steering heavier though, and they are noisey.
I imagine I'll have some fun with them over the summer, and change to road tyres in the winter.
Advantages of being on the left are being on the outside of roundabouts, and whenever I've been on track I've travelled clockwise, so again you're sat on the outside.
On country lanes you can get close to the side of the road knowing where you are.
Also, my front left wheel doesn't lock up now...
This is potentially interesting though.
Imagine in France they sold a 172 Cup in a colour that wasn't available here, maybe white; would people be interested?
I bought a LHD 106 as the colour was rare, and I'm only 0.5m to the left as it's such a small car. I have no gripes, and I think it...
Yep, I dislike AG shampoo as it doesn't foam much.
I bought a massive Megs shampoo from cleanandshiney.co.uk and it's lasted me around a year, and I wash my car a lot.
Thanks, Steve. I will look after it.
I like the LHD already, and my GTi sold to the first viewer, so everything worked out well in the end.
Thanks again.
I understand. As far as I know it's the only 8v black S2 in the country. There are two more but they've been 16v'd. To me the car is pretty special. It's in stunning condition, I know some previous owners, so I had to have it.
LHD is better for the weight balance, pedal box, and being on the...
