You will need a ballast and a controller for each bulb Fred-d, its costly shop around you may get some for about £300, get the Phillips (standard on 172 and most other cars with Xenons)
from carequipment.be website. I noticed this spoiler and it looks quite nice

The Xenons are the D2S/D2R and you high beam and fog lights are HB3/4. Powerbulbs do supply Blue Vision HB3/4s but dooble check which it is HB3 or HB4.
Powerbulbs call it the 9005 or 9006
The Mk2 172 has no screws though. The bulbs are probably the same as the MK1 172 it sounds like its those HB3 or HB4 bulbs that twist rather than those clips.
Stuman, is it H7 or one of those right-angled bulbs HB3/4, either way go to powerbulbs. Check your manual
Cheeky_Chappie, go to powerbulbs they stock the Philips Xenon bulbs for about £90 each (ouch)
Dogmaul, The whole light cluster is £200 not the bulb
There are made by the same manufaturer as the german cars, Philips as are most other European car manufactures. The light is the same colour. When the french buy their 172s they are still the same xenons, apart from the lens which directs the lightto the road side.
If you have ever seen a Z8...
If there is any one who really want some xenons for their clio, then check thse people out who do the first high and dipped xenons for H4s.
Very Impressive!!!

I agree with Daz the Phillips Blue Vision are the best, their blue filter has the correct amout of blue to give maxium light whilst having a whiter light. If you go for the Bosch Osram Ring etc they are all a bit pathetic in comparison as their filters are too blue!!!
Thought so, they look as if they dont fit when they are at such angles, then if you have tryes with rim protectors then they wouldnt protect they alloy rim
I have just used the wheel-tyre converster from http://www.cliosport.nuwww.cliosport.nu and 195/40/17 have a closer percentage match that the 205/40/17 but do they make them?
