Yes it will be faster than the 172, I would seriously complain if it wasnt cause the laws of physics dictate less weight + more power = faster acceleration.

Ye I have had the headlight washer balls popping out too, its only 5 quid to replace them though. Also had my aircon fixed under warranty.. needed 2 new pipes + re-gassed. And I have the knocking noise under wheelspin, which to the best of my knowledge isnt curable (at least by renault...

My cars only been into renault twice, once for air-con, second for paint problem. its now on 21K miles. Like someone said its either a good or a bad one.. there doesnt seem to be a happy medium.
