If its the actual washer stalk leaking then you will need to replace them, they are £13 each, by the sounds of it a hose has come of somewhere as usually its a gradual leak over a few days..

One way valves fitted and one washer still leaked, but it could be the water in the pipe from the washer jet to the one way valve (eg: not much) ive replaced the offending washer jet today and everything seems to be fine.
