I had exactly the same thing, a slight squeak when pulling off and round slow corners,
turned out to be a sticking caliper.
When the brakes were changed the calipers were taken apart and cleaned with brake cleaner,
the squeaking never came back.
I'd only use one to take the dog out in the mornings and when the weather's bad in winter,
it'd be more of a tonka toy than a daily driver, i've got the 172 for motorways and the like.
I know they drive like Grandads shed on wheels. lol
So many new people from Cov on here, when I joined there were hardly any,
also you don't need a Clio to get involved in the club mate,
there are loads of West Mids members that haven't owned one in years.
Not to mention lawn killing stomach acid.
So is not having a car to use, not to mention food to eat, credit card's getting applied for,
it's only debt i'm in it up to my eyeballs, another grand won't make much difference.
It looks like I might have to blag a lift tbh,
insurance is due next week and I have the sum total of f*ck all to my name.
Although I have the forms for a new credit card sat next to me,
so I might be able to use their money instead. lol
I'm also slightly obsessed with these as a dog kennel.

It's a good job I don't have much money, otherwise i'd own 100s of cars.
I like the Q&A section. lol
Q: hi superfastdan how does a dogs dick drive like so that i know before i bid ?
A: Please visit your local dog rehoming centre and ask to borrow a dog.
Q: What brand of tea do you serve?
A: Whatever is the cheapest. I'm skint as I spent all my money on this.
I think it's the fact that Clio's look sh*t with a lot of styling mods,
especially 1*2s they just don't suit them, I mean lets face it, they're not the best looking cars to begin with.
I've got a gun as well, it shoots little plastic balls and f*cking stings at close range,
although I suspect PC Ron might have a problem with that. lol
It's a difficult thing to discuss without driving your car, one man's vibration is another man's normality,
you'd probably think my car's rattling itself to death if you went out in it. lol
I was going to ask if it was fitted properly and mention that the big bit goes at the top,
but I assumed you'd fitted it yourself and didn't want to insult you. lol
Steering wheel vibration does increase slightly with uprated mounts,
sound like your engine mounts are in good condition if it's transferred vibration to the wheel.
I've got uprated everything so it all rattles at idle,
but i'm moving more than i'm idling so I don't really notice it.
At the...
I noticed no change in my car apart from the horrible gearbox clunk was gone,
if you've got standard engine mounts the any extra vibration will have been transferred to them.
Increased vibration is normally associated with both uprated engine and gearbox mounts together,
although my car doesn't...
