my mk1 1.4 rt has a crack(hole) at the bottom of the rear right light, would u recomend gettin a replacement light from a scrappy(etc) or gettin a new set of lights, if so what would u recommend?
My mk1 1996(P reg) 1.4 RT, wont start:( , we got it to go on the jumpstart but would work normally, all the electrics work so could be starter?
Anyone had the same problem, or any advice u could give?:approve:

It used to b really faded but i think it worked well. its only on the close up pics of the wingmirror, door handle and pillar
How easy is it to get at the bulbs behind the dials a couple of mine have gone.
Ive got a 1.4i 1996 mk1 phase 3 rt.
Also it has lock wood dials and the rev needle seems to stick, has any one else had this problem?

My dad convinced me to do the cookin oil thing cus he did it on his last car, did work well looks good its cheap so i may aswell stick to that, its clean under the bonnet tho(i didnt clean there it came like it) i'll get sum pics up another time.

Buyin a 1996 Rt, owner im buyin it off has had it from 68k till current 88K and hasnt had a new cambelt fitted. I don't know whether to assume it was changed before 68K or get a new one to make sure considerin the price of a new engine.
Or is there any way telling?

So people dont recomend 6x9's? there is a ministry of sound headunit of seen, get a pair of 6x9's with it, is it better to go for a different head unit?
