Mine didn't work when I got mine, I took the light units out, changed the bulbs and cleaned the connections. I would guess it's probably the connections.

I've got ABS and it's cut in once in nearly 2 years. That was when I had to slam on when a Merc pulled out on me about 4 days after I passed my test.

Didn't think there'd be much chance of claiming off the house insurance. I'm certainly not claiming off my car insurance. Marvellous, that's gonna cost me about a ton just for paint probably, i'd take it off and re-fit myself but have heard the bonnets a hard job.

Justin's right re: tyres, I had 'fun' in the snow/ice last year, full lock to right, car sliding left towards postbox...!

:mad: Just got home to find a piece of flashing has come off our chimney in this stupid wind, only went and landed on my bonnet. Needs a respray but fortunately not dented by the looks of it. Any idea if that can claimed off house insurance?

:dead: Oh well, I'm a glutten for punishment, I've removed and re-fitted the full interior (bar the dash) before, so hoping I can manage it. Don't think it'll pass with the rears in at the minute though, have to check tomorrow.
