My wife reckons the 197 is easier to drive than my Trophy & MX5.

I read a mag & they changed to some new dunlops & did back to back tests against contis & the dunlops were miles better. JT confirmed it on RS.

Been car less for ages & got trackday booked for this coming friday, so bought this today;)

I'd rather the newer car with renault picking up the bills for replacing items;) I think a few of the non believers would change their minds esp on track the 197 is awesome, with cup pack. Had a trophy for 2 yrs, so the benchmark moves on :rasp:

You leave a deposit on a car at a main dealer, you change your mind you get your money back. Same with deposits on house plots on new builds, money back no probs. This is 'private' so it's up to you what you do, but think what if it was you in his shoes!

What a tw@tish response. Chances are he's out looking for a job, hence no contact. ie; got his priorities right & not being childish!

Well i had this happen when selling my Trophy. Got £500 deposit & lads dad phoned to say he had stretched himself too far & wouldn't be able to afford my price. All i asked for was £30 to cover my advert costs, his dad asked me to keep £50 so i returned £450. I like to think i have made...

When are these deemed to be ran in? What mileage safe for tracking? Do you get a jack & wheel brace with these?

Tell that to the guy who totalled his motor at Mallory. It don't matter how good a driver you are,it's everyone else you need to worry about. Greenlight charge £50 + double excess on track. No brainer to me. Normal insurance companies run a mile!

After the r26r fiasco dought Renault will try for many years! Limited run of 230, how many were sold? 70?? Ordering stopped last week, right car wrong time :S

Thats the point they are not selling at the prices on autotrader, i've been watching for months & nothing is shifting;)
