while is was fiddling about with my (car as you do), i held in the trip counter button on the speedo area and turned on the power (all the way except to actually start the engine). after continuing to hold the button in for a second or two after turning the power on, all the dials/lights etc in...

i turned to go round a bend (wasnt sharp) in a country road at 80ish and the car decided otherwise..... ...carried on forward through the field. no fence luckily, just s**t loads of mud all over my paint job. wasnt even raining.

i actually did brake once. scared the s**t out of the other driver, he swerved and mounted the curb. That'll teach 'im.

speedo's tend to "over esitmate" then....

tippex on the camera lense is much quicker!! LOL

what gps you got? i got the dell nav-teq that you use on a pda.

more likely that your gps is out. my gps is also out compared to readings from the speedo and an aftermarket digital speedo.

can the central locking in the clio 2002 be activated by putting the key in the door?:S as mine only seems to unlock the door i have the key in, and not the passenger door at the same time. ps. the remote locking works fine. just wondered if it should also work the same "manually". cheers...

hi sounds silly i know. but, does my clio 1.2 8v 2002 have a belt or a chain? i cannot find the belt when i wanted to give it an inspection earlier. it is normally under a cover of somesorts, but i cant find it. this has led me to belive that there may be a timing chain instead? please help?
