It'll be that plastic bit on the runner that's broke, same as mine. It's part of the runner and can't be bought seperately. Mine was splint in half. Mines not under warrenty though so I super glued it back! lol. Hope you get it sorted OK.

1200 is probably a bit fine at first. You want 800, pre paint, plastic primer, pre paint, base, clear. Then if you have runs in the laquer or orange peel. Wet flat with 1500+ and then polish it up with megs scratch x or similar.

Could be the rubber mount as mentioned but if you've had it checked at a garage I think they'd of noticed that. Have you checked the suspension? We just had a similar problem on my dads BM and we spent ages checking the exhaust but it was fine. So resorted to checking bearings and anti roll bar...
