dont know what a wheel locating pin is. have u got standard wheels or others, if you got others, then maybe the spiggot is missing, and the wheel is off center
have you checked the pressures in the wheels, or for stones in the wheels, also check the wheel bolts are tights, could just be a broken, leaking shock
don't think so, cos my snooper gps thing, tells me the same as my speedo
LOL, i have gone into 3rd a few times by mistake, luckily the limiters working fine :o
not much in the mechanical side, just remap, induction kit, Magnecore performance leads & plugs, decat blueflame. Plus i got heavy 17" rims, not sure what my 4th does, i think it does do near 120, will see if the runways empty tonight, and try
Had a clean of the air filter sunday, and this morning, i nipped to the local air field ;) on me way to work, and me car got to 98 in 3rd, 78k rpm, managed this trick twice. Need ot work out some better air flow mangement for the warmer weather
some good places, i used ot have it, when i had them, was in the fusebox in the engine, also under that plastic door trim, or down the carpet under the passenger foot place, maybe even pull the ashtray out an dput it under their. thats a few ;)
This is true ralphy, so where are these holes ? maybe we could work together in your car, to find the leaks, i will test it by pushing the car over a cliff into the sea and you can tell me where the water leaks in ?
Yes dave & other, but like my post above, that would not let water come into the boot of the car. as the original cup spoiler is in place, and the k-tek spoiler bolts onto the cup spoiler, and intact.
So are you saying that cup spoilers leak ? unless you are assuming that holes are drilled all...
no, cos the boot frame, doesn't have any holes in it, that would allow that, the holes in the bottom of the boot come outside the boot seal, so if water was to go into the boot, then it would just come out on the rear bumper :)
listen, its a common fault, happens on no modded cars, so their, happend on my original 172, happends on this, happens on other peoples cars. the spoiler doesn't actually attatch to the car chassis, it attatches to the boot !!!, the boot is a seperate item, and if water were to get inside the...
so u want us to post where us renault people keep our wheel nuts hidden, so pikeys know where to look for them !!
i dont' have locking wheel nuts anyways, like matey says, whats the point, they aint really going to come and knick you wheels they would nick the car and take it somewhere then...
Its nice fella, a couple of questions, how come you didn't put the sub in the center above the bolt thing ? as you got it more to the left, hope to start mine soon, to give me more boot space.
can i just like change the bit on my bench grinder for like a polishing bit. ie remove both grinding disks and put some polishing disks on ? then just use loads of rubbing compound stuff ? or use some metal fibre one
yeah, check them all and see which one fills the screen the most. some of the higher ones put boarders around the edges etc..
I did the 1080i thing and it squised the pic down, so wend down a few sizes, and now fills the screen perfectly
undo the 3 good bolts, and just keep wobbling the wheel as much as you can and it should eventually come loose, may take a good few days though, maybe try driving really slowly like up and down your drive, and with just the 1 locking wheel nut in, see if it rattles looser, or drive up and down a...
^^^^ that is like mine, but mine is due to the fact the side was rebuilt (after someone drove head on into the side of me) the painted one is much nicer and easier to clean. but it adds more weight to the cup LOL
