So from these vids, I'm using the BC top hat with the integrated bearing and lower sleeve. Then the PMS mount. The bearing has a slightly wider ID so there's little play. However I'm using the PMS top sleeved nut and it seems to centralise it all, leaving no play as the bearing is now pressed...

So went to CSF and had a wicked time. Been way too long and it was good to meet up with old and new. Loads of people made the effort with Drew which was nice and the weather was banging. A brilliant weekend. Travelled up with @MrBlonde Didn't take many of the show as spent too much time...

@JamesBryan I've always thought this too. Stainless ones aren't expensive so maybe this is the reason why manufacturers use standard bleed nappies as its not a price thing.

@ajracer really love the look of these on standard wheels. Funny how times change as 10+ years ago, I don't think many would have said that.

Loving these history builds. I remember it when it was updated years back on here, but now it's in your hands Jon, it'll continue to be done to a well finish. Enjoyed seeing it (and yourself) at CSF this year.

I'm pretty sure the rear arches are rolled on sport models, the non sports have a lip.

It slides into the wing and then I use the arch liners to connect it as there's no 10mm bolt from bumper to wing anymore. Never popped out that I know of and looks as it should.

Once again, CSF has been another great event. I think because we haven't had one for a while, it probably felt more special and more people wanted to attend. Weather was bang on all day, maybe a bit too much, but no one can help that. I think we all got a colour. Some red, some brown but...
