Are the above brakes front/rear any good? Thinking about a brake upgrade and seen front discs and pads for £200 and rear discs and pads for £100.

Anybody got one of these fitted? If yes, any good? Seem cheaper than Viper and ITG Maxogen.

I have stuck on some lexus rear lights on my ph2 172 and I want to know your opinion? I dont have any pics yet but my clio is silver so I think they look quite sweet, any other colour and I wouldn't have done it.

I have got serious electrical problems on my 172. Firstly, the car sometimes revs to 2k on start up and the electrical fault light comes on and the acceleration pedal fails to work. Secondly, the car erratically revved to 7k permanently last night so I had to turn the engine off and leave it for...

Just driven home, started the 172 up fine, drove 2 mins down the road and the engine went mental!?!? The revs went between 6k and 7k, shift light permanently on!!! What the f***? Turned the ignition off, left it 2 mins, turned back on, drove home fine? Please help! Has anybody heard of this...

Not due a service on my 172 for another 6k but wondered what k-tec were like for servicing? There prices seem reasonable enough and as it's not too far for me to travel I thought they would be worth a look. Also, is the cambelt change due at 72k? Would it be worth doing it early (58k ish)?

:S Occasionally when I start my 172 up, normally from cold, it fires up but the 'heart beat' symbol stays on in the dash and the revs fluctuate between 2,000 and 3,000? I turn the car off and start it up again and it works perfectly? Anybody had the same problem?

Only had my 172 a few weeks and I want to find a cheaper quote for insurance as I'm currently with direct line and they are shite! Tried adrian flux and they were £600, about £100 cheaper. Any more suggestions peeps?

Right people! Who can come up with the best way of producing 200hp from a clio 172? Exhaust, induction kit and uprated ecu? My mates own 200sx's and I want to give them some sort of competition! Oh and i dont want to spend 6k on a turbo coversion either! lol!
